Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will only be granted in instances where CPC Online is required to cancel a course for any reason. In such cases, the full refund will be processed in full and returned to the original method of payment. It is important to note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The participant fails to meet the mandatory check-in criteria.
  • The participant leaves the course prior to its scheduled completion.
  • The participant is refused entry due to non-compliance with course requirements.
  • The participant is removed from the course due to misconduct or other violations of course policies.
  • Order Cancellation by the Customer.

Refunds will exclusively be made to the individual or entity that booked the course. CPC Online may request satisfactory evidence of the original payment before processing any refund. Refunds will be returned to the credit or debit card used at the time of the initial booking, ensuring compliance with payment security standards.

Refunds if granted will be made minus any upload fee to the credit or debit card used to make the original booking. Under no circumstance will consortium fee including dvsa upload fee be refunded.

CPC Online reserves the right to review and verify all refund claims to ensure they align with the terms outlined herein.

Date Changes:

We recognize that scheduling conflicts can arise, and will make every effort to accommodate requests for course date changes. Such requests will be considered and approved wherever possible. However, if less than 24 hours' notice is provided, it may not be feasible to reschedule the course. While we cannot guarantee changes with short notice, we will do our utmost to facilitate adjustments in a manner that minimally impacts participants.

DVSA Uploads:

Upon the successful completion of the course, CPC Online will promptly forward the required participant information to the consortium responsible for DVSA uploads. These uploads are processed as quickly as possible, typically on the same day as course completion, though it may take up to five working days for the training hours to be reflected in the DVSA online system.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their driving license details are accurate and that they are within the appropriate five-year period required for the periodic training to be valid. Participants who do not require an upload may still attend the course, but they must notify us in advance if this is the case.

Late Arrivals:

Participants are required to log into the Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete identity checks. Those who arrive less than 15 minutes late may still attend, but will need to make up the lost time during breaks or at the end of the session. If a participant arrives more than 15 minutes late, they will not be permitted to join the course.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate those who have a genuine reason for their delay, provided this does not disrupt the other participants. However, if the lateness prevents full participation, it may result in an inability to complete the course and receive an upload.

Internet Connectivity:

Should a participant experience an internet outage or connection loss during a Zoom session, they should attempt to rejoin the meeting as soon as possible. If the disconnection is less than 15 minutes, participants can make up the time at the end of the session. Disconnections exceeding 15 minutes may prevent the participant from receiving their DVSA upload.

In the event that reconnection is not possible, participants are encouraged to contact CPC Online via phone or email, and we will endeavor to arrange a suitable contingency. We are fully aware that a day of CPC training often results in lost earnings, and we will do our best to assist participants in completing their training.

If CPC Online experiences an internet loss, we have a contingency plan in place utilizing a backup internet connection to minimize any disruption.

Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to remain polite, respectful, and non-disruptive at all times during the course. Any disruptive or abusive behavior will result in a warning. If such behavior persists, the participant may be removed from the session, and no DVSA upload will be processed. We strive to create a productive and respectful learning environment for all attendees and will not tolerate any actions that undermine the integrity of the course.

Liability Disclaimer:

While CPC Online ensures that all courses and content are thoroughly reviewed and approved, the responsibility for adhering to safety and legal requirements ultimately rests with the participant. CPC Online cannot accept liability for any incidents that may occur as a result of following advice provided during the course. Participants are always responsible for ensuring that they remain compliant with relevant legal and safety standards in their professional driving activities.
