Return & Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted in instances where CPC Online is required to cancel a course for any reason. In such cases, the refund will be processed in full and returned to the original method of payment. It is important to note that refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The participant fails to meet the mandatory check-in criteria.
  • The participant leaves the course prior to its scheduled completion.
  • The participant is refused entry due to non-compliance with course requirements.
  • The participant is removed from the course due to misconduct or other violations of course policies.

Refunds will exclusively be made to the individual or entity that booked the course. CPC Online may request satisfactory evidence of the original payment before processing any refund. Refunds will be returned to the credit or debit card used at the time of the initial booking, ensuring compliance with payment security standards.

CPC Online reserves the right to review and verify all refund claims to ensure they align with the terms outlined herein.

Transfers:

Transfers to another course or session are permitted only if space is available and under specific conditions. Requests for course transfers must be submitted in writing to CPC Online and will be subject to approval based on availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and may be declined if the desired course is fully booked or if there are insufficient resources to accommodate additional participants.

Participants should ensure they submit transfer requests as early as possible to maximize their chances of securing a place in their preferred course. All transfer requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and CPC Online will make every effort to accommodate these requests within operational constraints.
